How to track an order?
The order status may be checked on a customer profile page. The tracking information is available for packages delivered by means of courier. Make sure that you have indicated a correct email address because a tracking number will be sent to your email in several days after the shipment. Moreover, a link will be available to look at the status online.
In addition, we offer you two ways to check your order status: by email and credit card. Make sure to know your four last digits of the credit card to know the whole information about your order.
When will I receive the package?
A period of the shipment depends on a shipping type. If you go for AirMail shipment, a package will be delivered in about 3 weeks (or maybe earlier). In case of EMS courier shipment, the package may be received in 3-7 business days. High season, religious holidays may affect the shipment process. When is my credit card charged?
When you have placed your order that contains a number of pills, your name and shipment address, you have to pay for the order. When you have indicated your credit card information, your order is processed. Our billing department processes the order and accepts it. And then your credit card is charged. Make sure to have enough sum of money to have a successful transaction.
